We are the WIZARDS (Worcester Incorporated Zymurgists Advancing Real DraughtS), an American Home-brewers Association (AHA) registered homebrew club. The purpose of our club is to share ideas and homebrews with the goal of improving our own beers and advancing the hobby of homebrewing.
Club meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30PM in Shrewsbury, MA to discuss the latest home-brew and microbrew news, share home-brewing advice and sample each other’s home-brew. Feel free to stop in and join us. We will be there every month except maybe December when we often go a local pub or brewery to celebrate the holiday season. In addition to our monthly Club meeting, we have other social events which have traditionally included weekend outings, touring local microbreweries, attending brewers’ festivals, and/or crawling through the New England brewpub scene.
No matter where you are in your homebrewing experience, you are welcome to join us at any time. Our membership ranges from novices to seasoned brewers with many years of homebrewing experience; extract brewers to all grain.
Whether your brew at home or at a brew-on-premise (BOP), like Deja Brew, everyone can learn something at our meetings — we are brewers helping brewers.
